Question by jamilu: Real estate cash????????
I recently got my real estate license in Oklahoma. I have had a completely different career for all of my adult life, and I am used to a steady paycheck. I do realize that it will take a while to generate a notable income with real estate. I am wondering if there are options for making money with my license that I might not know about. Any serious suggestions would be appreciated.

The brokerage I work for provides additional avenues towards producing additional income. For instance we receive single level sponsoring income. This means if I?m not producing but someone I?ve brought into the company is, I receive a 10% cut every time they close(this not affecting that agent one bit). I also have the resource to receive income from loans and NO I?m not a loan officer and YES it is RESPA compliant. I also have access to 401k, retirement, health care benefits, and it goes on. I work with Exit Realty and I actually have a contact in Oklahoma if you are interested in speaking with one of the brokers there. Send me an email and we?ll exchange numbers.
